The #4 running back in the 2023 class, 4-star Cedrick Baxter, Jr., has picked up a Clemson offer. Baxter, 6-1 215, plays for Edgewater High School in Orlando, Florida.

He has a virtual who’s who list of offers, picking up 52 offers to date, including all the top Power 5 schools in the country. Baxter is ranked as the 14 best player in the state of Florida. His offers include Alabama, UGA, Florida State and many others.

As a junior, Baxter led his team to a 10-2 record, carrying the ball 199 times for 1651 yards and 7 touchdowns. He chipped in 7 receptions for 102 yards and another TD.
