On National Signing Day, Richmond, VA, safety Malcolm Greene decided to sign with Clemson after having been committed to LSU. The 4-star safety, rated as the 6th best player in the state of Virginia, had been committed to LSU since October. All in all, Greene had over 30 Power 5 offers. He became the 4th member of a loaded secondary that already includes 4-stars Fred Davis II of Florida and R.J. Mickens of Texas. Greene hails from Highland Springs High School, the same school as K’Von Wallace.
